I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were very comfortable, although they could use a fresh coat of paint, and the bathroom needed some work. The balcony was usable, but the room was a bit dark with limited artificial light. The staff was helpful with recommendations and reservations, especially Miguel. However, I had an issue with a refund request that wasn’t handled well. The location was great for tourists, close to Recoleta Cemetery, and convenient for exploring the city.
